Rights of use:
When a user license is granted by marcdavet.com, use of the image is specified on the invoice and cannot be used for any other purpose without the prior authorization of marcdavet.com . The user license specifies the type of medium, language, geographical area, and times of use authorized to you. A license granted by marcdavet.com does not in any way constitute a declaration of compatibility of use of this image with other content. Any misappropriation will bring about the cancellation of the downloading contract and will trigger legal proceedings before the competent judicial authorities.

False information may trigger a surcharge in relation to the contract established and may even lead to cancellation of the contract.
With any publication of a photograph under license, the name marcdavet.com must be credited in all reproductions of its work The credit line must contain "marcdavet.com". The preferred position for the credit is to the side of the image or in the photographic acknowledgements and credits section. With regard to use for advertising or commercial purposes, we ask that the license holder makes every effort to feature the credit.
marcdavet.com asks to receive at least two copies of any publication containing a reproduction of an image.
Claims and disputes:
The users of this Website accept that the terms cited above originate from the 'Code du Commerce et de la Propriété Intellectuelle' (French commercial and intellectual property law) and agree to be bound thereby. Any objection in relation to this content must be made in writing within ten (10) days. This contract will be interpreted according to French legislation on contracts drafted and executed in France.
